A = Admit that you are a sinner
B = Believe in your heart that Jesus died on a cross and rose on the third day for you
C = Confess your sins and your need for a Savior to forgive you of your sins, and that you are going to turn away from those sins and turn to Jesus Christ for forgiveness
D = Determine in your own life that you are going to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and strive all the days of your life to live for Him and follow His teachings
Pray a simple prayer like this : Dear Lord Jesus, I Admit that I am a sinner and I need a Savior, I Believe you died on a cross for me and rose on the third day. I Confess my sins before you (be specific) and ask you to forgive me and to cleanse me of all unrighteousness. I Determine right now oh Lord, that I will follow you all my life and will strive to live for you. Please come into my heart and save me. Thank You Lord.
